What is Applied Kinesiology?
Applied kinesiology is a diagnostic tool using the manual muscle test to evaluate the motor response of the central nervous system to a sensory challenge. Dr. Goodheart’s concept in the 1960’s was that if something weakened a strong muscle it was detrimental to the body. Conversely, if something strengthened a weak muscle this was something advantageous to the body.
Functional biochemistry aims to restore normal biochemical function using nutritional and natural medicine intervention.
